These Terms of Use describe how you may use the VEER website and its account features. VEER is an independent gaming publication operated by VEER World Media LLC, based in Miami, Florida. In these Terms, "VEER", "we" and "us" refer to VEER World Media LLC. If you have questions, email support@veerworld.com.
Our gaming coverage is intended for adults and teenagers. We primarily serve readers in the United States and also welcome readers from around the world. Some games we cover contain mature themes; please check their age ratings. If you are a minor, review these Terms and our Privacy Notice with a parent or guardian before using account features, and obtain any permission required where you live. VEER does not verify users' ages or parental permission.
Using the website
Use VEER lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not attempt to access another person's account, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, submit malicious material or use the contact form to send spam. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the information you submit.
Game information and previews
Game information can change. Articles, guides and tools are provided for information and may contain errors or become outdated. Preview maps, sample locations and unconfirmed information are not official game information. Saved progress reflects the selections made in your VEER account and is not an official PlayStation, Xbox or game-platform record.
Ownership and links
VEER's original writing and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Game names, trademarks, screenshots and other third-party material belong to their respective owners. VEER is not affiliated with or endorsed by the game publishers it covers. Linking to or embedding another service does not make VEER responsible for that service's content or policies. These terms do not limit uses that applicable law permits.
Availability and accounts
Features may change or become unavailable during maintenance or technical problems. We may restrict access when needed to address abuse or protect the service. You can stop using VEER at any time and use the account-deletion option where available. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your information.
Saving notification preferences does not guarantee that you will receive every update. VEER is not currently sending editorial email updates.
Responsibility
Use judgment when relying on game information or following external links. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VEER does not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete, error-free information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
